In my keynotes and impulse lectures, physical or virtual, I create an entertaining atmosphere with inspiring stories, current research and valuable impulses. I give insights into the topics of mental health, mindfulness and self-leadership.
At Stanford University I taught a course on mindfulness and self-management. This course developed into an exciting workshop for teams, university groups and school classes. In my interactive workshops I accompany you with different content, interactive reflections and mindfulness-based meditations.
From spring 2023 I will be offering multi-day Mindful Leadership Retreats in Spain. These can be booked for individuals or directly for the entire team. More information will follow shortly!
