JASMIN CHIARA BAUER
In a world characterized by artificial intelligence, identity crises and rapid change, companies face a crucial question: How do we stay relevant – and how do we stay human?
I am Jasmin Chiara Bauer, Mind Expansion Coach and Thought Leader, and my keynotes are an invitation to redefine thinking. Together we delve into the topics that really matter. From mental health and inner strength to emotional liberation and finding identity in a complex world.
Because when strategies no longer work, when numbers no longer provide answers, it is time to return to the core:
the human being.
In a world that is becoming increasingly complex, we are reaching our limits with purely rational thinking. Beyond Mind means going beyond what we already know and looking deeper. It is an invitation to question not only strategies, but ourselves. Who are we when we let go of the old stories? And how do we create a community that not only works, but inspires and connects?
Mind Expansion is the key to answering these questions. It's about expanding the mind, activating the potential of the subconscious, and rediscovering our connection to others. Because true transformation doesn't start with what we do, but with who we are.
In times of artificial intelligence and identity crises, questions about meaning and belonging are becoming more and more pressing. Companies, like people, often lose the core of their identity when they focus exclusively on growth and numbers.
But identity is not a static concept. It is alive, changeable and deeply rooted in our values. In my keynotes, I shed light on how individuals and organizations can break away from old, limiting identities and create a new, authentic vision for themselves. It is a process of self-definition that requires courage and honesty, but that is precisely where the strength lies.

5. Breathing as a key: resilience, focus and inner clarity
In a fast-paced working world where stress and overwork are part of everyday life, we often forget the most important thing: breathing. But our breathing is more than a biological function, it is a powerful tool that helps us reduce stress, gain mental clarity and rest in our inner strength.
In a hyper-individualized world, we crave a sense of belonging. Companies that foster true community not only create more loyal teams, but also a culture that enables innovation and growth.
My keynotes show how by building community we not only develop individual potential, but also collective strength. Because only when people feel seen and connected can they really achieve great things.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about people. Why do we feel what we feel? Why do we act the way we do?
These questions led me to my studies, to founding my startup oamo and later as a guest lecturer at Stanford University. But it was not only success that shaped me, but also failure.
Through silent retreats in Sri Lanka, working with plant medicine and years of intensive personal development, I have realized that change always begins from within. Today, I stand on stages to pass on exactly this insight and show companies how they can combine humanity and success.
