What is breathwork? Breathwork is a powerful technique that uses breathing to bring body, mind and emotions into harmony. Through conscious and deep breathing, you can free yourself from stress and old patterns, calm your nervous system and find access to inner clarity. Your breath becomes the key to feeling inside yourself and dissolving hidden blockages.
What is Emotional Liberation Touch?
Emotional Liberation Touch is based on somatic bodywork and the wisdom of body memory. Emotions that we suppress or do not fully process over the course of our lives are often stored in our bodies - in the form of tension, blockages or chronic complaints. This method combines gentle touch with conscious breathing work to gently release such stored emotions and restore the flow of energy.

In addition to individual sessions, I also offer events where you can experience the transformative power of breathwork in a group. The energy of the community amplifies the process and creates a connection that goes beyond words. These events are an opportunity to breathe deeply, reflect and feel the healing power of the breath together.
An invitation to you
My work is not a method, but an invitation: an invitation to explore yourself, to feel your breath and to experience your inner freedom. It is not about "fixing" something. It is about feeling yourself and reactivating the energy within you.

For years I had problems with one lung that wasn't working properly. I simply breathed incorrectly, superficially, "one-sidedly".
Just one breathwork session with Jasmin helped me to get my breathing back in balance, to breathe more evenly, deeply and more intensely.
