Mindfulness-based workshops on the topics of "Inner Development, Self-Leadership & Collaboration" with scientifically based content!
As a mindful self-leadership expert, I accompany teams, leaders, and founders on an inspiring journey to discover their strengths and develop a resilient and agile mindset.
Only those who can lead themselves well can lead others! But what does it mean to lead yourself and others? And what role does mindfulness and inner development play in this?
In my transformational workshops, I offer interactive and practice-oriented exercises that help participants to perceive themselves better, communicate more mindfully and develop greater self-leadership skills.
Through my training at UnternehmerTUM and my studies at the Technical University of Munich, I came into intensive contact with personal development and coaching.
My passion for the topic led me to publish my master's thesis on "Mindfulness & Entrepreneurship" in collaboration with Stanford University. Following this, I had the honor of working there as a guest lecturer on mindfulness and self-leadership.
Since then, I have completed further training in the field of "Mindfulness & Leadership" and regularly visit meditation facilities, such as the Vipassana centers.
These diverse experiences have shaped my path and inspired me to accompany other people on their journey to mindfulness and personal development.
Individual offers for schools & universities

"This was an awesome experience for gaining new personal insights. It also helps in developing some new reflection tools that are easy to practice. Jasmin created a class environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing even personal insights, and felt welcome at every session. Highly recommended!"
Prof. Sheri Sheppard, Stanford University
Last week Jasmin-Chiara Bauer joined us for a mindfulness and self-leadership workshop at our event in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Our conversation with her was both a source of inspiration as well as a reflection on the importance of not only looking after one's own mental well-being but also maintaining a healthy work environment.
This post perfectly explains how, in this post-pandemic and remote time, the responsibility of looking after our mental health does not fall solely on employees. Thanks once again, Jasmin. You were truly inspirational!
